Our firm, Abound Wealth, is growing from The Money Guy Show, and we are looking to grow our family with world-class financial planners. We have a proven career path (no sales expectations) waiting for you that will not only be fulfilling on a day-to-day basis but also create abundance and opportunities for your family. As a result, we are seeking a Financial Planning Associate to help support our rapid growth (more than 30% annually).
Opportunity to come learn our system and become a lead advisor. Our firm is unique in that we have an abundance of in-bound prospects and new clients through our national media presence. We need the right team members to help us build and maintain excellent relationships, assist in preparing for client meetings and follow-up activities, gather data to create new and update existing financial plans and planning recommendations, use planning software to create financial plans and retirement projections, create and implement investment recommendations, and actively participate in client meetings with a view towards moving into a primary advisor role.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in financial planning or related field from an accredited university. Minimum 3 years of financial planning experience. Certified Financial PlannerTM or CFP® candidate. Technical financial planning knowledge, advanced critical thinking, and personally being good with your own money is important. Must be detail oriented and ambitious with high integrity and above average written and verbal communication skills. Basic level of understanding of portfolio construction and traditional investment vehicles.
