Financial Planning Associate | Franklin, TN

We are looking for high caliber planners to develop into lead advisors. Our firm, Abound Wealth, is growing from The Money Guy Show, and we are looking to grow our family with world-class financial planners. We have a proven career path (no sales expectations) waiting for you that will not only be fulfilling on a day-to-day basis but also create abundance and opportunities for you and your family. As a result, we are seeking a Financial Planning Associate to help support our rapid growth (more than 30% annually).

We believe in providing early opportunities for new associates to interact with clients. No more hiding you in the back for 2-3 years of admin work before you get to interact with clients! Assist lead advisors with all aspects of client meeting prep and follow-up. Maintain client records in CRM. Assist with trading and rebalancing of client investment accounts. Interact with clients over the phone and in-person. Work with lead advisors to assist in the preparation of financial plans and recommendations. Conduct research in response to client questions and requests.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in financial planning or related field from an accredited university. 1-3 years of financial planning experience. CFP® candidate or pursuing CFP® certification, preferred. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and accurately. Must be a team player with high integrity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
